Reni Hofmüller (Austria): The BOW

The BOW is a live generated soundscape, a movement in space, evolving from a known instrument (the electric bass) via daily life machinery such as a sewing machine to media itself by using a world receiver, opening the perception to sounds that are there anyway.

Instruments: electric bass, cello bow, sewing machine, laptop, world receiver.
